Role of STL Lawn Connect
STL Lawn Connect is a connection and request-routing service. The current public flow stores a homeowner's contact request for local review. It does not automatically deliver the request to a provider.
STL Lawn Connect is not the contractor performing outdoor work. It is not the provider's employer, guarantor, emergency service, insurer, or licensing authority, and it does not make credential or work-quality claims for the provider.
Requests and provider work
Submitting a request does not guarantee coverage, a provider response, a price, a schedule, or a project result. An agreement for outdoor work is between the homeowner and the provider who chooses to respond, not STL Lawn Connect.
You are responsible for submitting accurate information, having authority to discuss the property, and providing only photos and descriptions you are entitled to share.
Contact and consent
The public form requires permission to contact you by email about the request. Email remains the baseline contact channel; choosing Other means email-only contact.
SMS requires both a Mobile number and separate explicit consent. Mobile alone is not SMS or call permission, and contact consent for this request does not activate unrelated marketing permission.
Preview and emergencies
Preview mode is a controlled simulation. It does not deliver requests or confirmation messages outside the Preview environment.
Do not use STL Lawn Connect for an emergency, an immediate threat to people or property, or any situation requiring emergency responders. Use the appropriate local emergency channel instead.
