Professional applications

The same-origin application form stores business and contact information, services, territory, experience, insurance status, and payment preferences for manual review.

Answers may remain in session storage during the open browser session. A confirmed submission is stored for review.

An application does not create an applicant account, public listing, or automatic approval, and it does not guarantee jobs, work, or payment processing. This release does not collect banking, tax, identity documents, policy numbers, or payout information.

Information the request flow collects

The form on this website stores your email, 10-digit U.S. phone, phone type, five-digit ZIP, required project description, and required email-contact consent. Name is optional. No +1 is needed in the public form.

Email is always the baseline contact channel. Choosing Other means email-only contact. SMS requires a Mobile number plus separate explicit SMS consent; choosing Mobile alone is not permission to text or call.

The durable database record and shared mailbox are the v1 contact-management path. The website does not claim that an external CRM is active.

When information may be released

After the request is stored, the system sends an email acknowledgement and an operations copy to contact@stl-lawns.com, the STL Lawn Connect shared mailbox. Email delivery is asynchronous and is not the system of record.

Twilio, outbound SMS, Pro texting, phone verification, live coverage decisions, provider release, and automated provider matching are not active in v1. We do not broadcast a public request to a provider network.

Submitting does not guarantee availability, provider contact, a price, a schedule, or a result. Any future provider distribution or texting model requires separate review and updated consent before activation.

Preview behavior

Preview mode is a synthetic simulation for controlled testing. Preview does not store homeowner requests and does not deliver request details, contact information, or messages to an outside recipient.

Optional photos are checked for supported type and size in Preview, then their bytes are discarded. Temporary photo and verification markers expire; they are not a substitute for approved private Production storage.

Retention intent

Production stores the contact request and consent record in the website database. The acknowledgement and operations copy create additional correspondence in the STL Lawn Connect shared mailbox.

Before Production activation, a reviewed retention schedule must define how long request, consent, security, and delivery records are kept for legal and operational needs. This notice does not promise permanent or immediate deletion.

The current public flow uses the stored request for local review. No automated provider delivery or separate contact-list sale program is active in this reviewed launch model.
