Information the request flow collects
The request flow asks for a service category, project ZIP, project description, timing, contact preference, and optional photos. It also asks for your name, email address, mobile number, and separate contact and provider-release consent choices.
Phone verification is used to show control of the submitted mobile number and to reduce false or mistyped requests. It does not establish a person's identity, property ownership, or fitness for a project.
When information may be released
In the intended single-provider launch flow, supported coverage, successful phone verification, and recorded consent are all required before contact and project details may be released to the single launch provider for review.
We do not broadcast a launch request to a provider network. The current operating model evaluates a request only for the single launch provider. Any broader distribution model would require a reviewed update to this notice and the consent flow before use.
Preview behavior
Preview mode is a simulation for controlled testing. Preview adapters do not store homeowner requests or send request details, contact information, or messages to an outside recipient. A Preview request is not delivered externally.
Optional photos are checked for supported type and size in Preview, then their bytes are discarded. Temporary photo and verification markers expire; they are not a substitute for approved private Production storage.
Retention intent
Production intake is not active. Before Production activation, a reviewed retention schedule must define how long request, consent, verification, and photo records are kept for routing, security, legal, and operational needs. This notice does not promise permanent or immediate deletion.
The current launch model uses request information to evaluate eligibility and, only after the required checks and consent, support review by the launch provider. No separate contact-list sale program is active in this reviewed launch model.
