- Note whether the trouble is widespread or limited to one patch of the yard.
- Mention shade, drainage, foot traffic, and whether the lawn gets watered.
- Describe the result you want—greener, thicker, or a healthier starting point.

- Give a rough sense of how large the overgrown area is and how dense it has become.
- Mention access—gate width, slopes, tight corners, or anything a truck needs to pass.
- Note whether the growth is mixed with useful plants, structures, or utilities.
